Sports Rehab Assessment

This session is a chance to check in on your progress, see what’s working, and adjust things where needed. We’ll talk through any changes in how you're feeling, what’s improved, and what still needs attention.

From there, we’ll refine your rehab or treatment plan: keeping it aligned with your goals, your body, and your day-to-day life.

Think of this as a reset and refocus, making sure you're still on the right path and feeling supported every step of the way.

Our Sports Massage appointments combine hands on treatment with experienced clinical assessment to identify and address the underlying causes of pain, stiffness, muscle tension, and movement restrictions.

Your initial physiotherapy appointment is a dedicated session to fully understand what’s going on, why it’s happening, and what can be done about it.

We’ll start with a detailed conversation about your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and goals. From there, your physiotherapist will carry out a thorough physical assessment to identify the underlying factors contributing to your pain, injury, or movement difficulties.

Based on our findings, you’ll be given a clear explanation of what we think is happening, along with a tailored plan to guide your recovery. This may include hands on treatment, exercise based rehabilitation, and practical advice you can apply straight away.

Our aim is for you to leave feeling informed, listened to, and confident in the next steps, with a clear plan that fits your body and your life.

Physiotherapy: Initial Assessment

Sports Massage: 60 Minutes

In your appointment we will build on the work started in your initial assessment and focus on helping you continue to move forward.

We’ll review how things have been feeling since your last session, what’s changed, and how your body is responding to the plan. Your physiotherapist will reassess key areas as needed and make any adjustments to your treatment based on your progress and feedback.

These sessions may involve hands on treatment, progression of your exercise based rehabilitation, and ongoing guidance to support your recovery.
