CJB Sports Rehab: Rhos

CJB Sports Rehab: Bangor

A focused assessment with a Sports Therapist to help you understand an injury or symptom and identify the right next step to regain your function. This session is designed for anyone who wants guidance about a specific injury, pain or symptom.

We’ll discuss what you’ve been experiencing, how it’s affecting you, and what you would like help with. Depending on your needs, the session may include a focused assessment, hands-on treatment, exercise advice, or a combination of these approaches.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of the problem, practical advice on what you can do, and guidance on the most appropriate next steps.

If the problem is more complex or you would benefit from a structured rehabilitation programme, we can also help you decide what that should look like.

Injury Consultation

This session is a chance to check in on your progress, see what’s working, and adjust things where needed. We’ll talk through any changes in how you're feeling, what’s improved, and what still needs attention.

From there, we’ll refine your rehab or treatment plan: keeping it aligned with your goals, your body, and your day-to-day life.

Think of this as a reset and refocus, making sure you're still on the right path and feeling supported every step of the way.

Your initial appointment with a physiotherapist is a dedicated session to fully understand what’s going on, why it’s happening, and what can be done about it.

We’ll start with a detailed conversation about your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and goals. From there, your physiotherapist will carry out a thorough physical assessment to identify the underlying factors contributing to your pain, injury, or movement difficulties.

Based on our findings, you’ll be given a clear explanation of what we think is happening, along with a tailored plan to guide your recovery. This may include hands on treatment, exercise based rehabilitation, and practical advice you can apply straight away.

Our aim is for you to leave feeling informed, listened to, and confident in the next steps, with a clear plan that fits your body and your life.

Physiotherapy: Initial Assessment

Sports Massage: 60 Minutes

In your appointment we will build on the work started in your initial assessment and focus on helping you continue to move forward.

We’ll review how things have been feeling since your last session, what’s changed, and how your body is responding to the plan. Your physiotherapist will reassess key areas as needed and make any adjustments to your treatment based on your progress and feedback.

These sessions may involve hands on treatment, progression of your exercise based rehabilitation, and ongoing guidance to support your recovery.

Our aim is to maintain clarity, re-focus, and support you through the next stages.

Physiotherapy: Follow Up

Available from 12 weeks onwards.

Designed to provide a calm and supportive space during pregnancy, each session is adapted to your stage of pregnancy, how you’re feeling and what your body needs on the day.

Delivered by a qualified physiotherapist, massage therapist and doula, your treatment combines comfortable positioning with massage techniques and pressure tailored to your individual needs. Treatment can be gentle and relaxing or more focused around areas of muscular tension, with your comfort supported throughout.

Whether you’re looking to ease everyday pregnancy tension, enjoy some well deserved time to yourself, or simply slow down and reconnect with your body during a busy period of change, this session is shaped entirely around you.
